Claims (9)
- 통상의 샌드위치 패널에 있어서, 기재층은 유리섬유, 탄소섬유 또는 현무암섬유 중의 하나로 된 보강재를 5-10cm로 커팅(또는 chopping)하여 균일하게 분포시킨 후 이에 대하여 니들 펀칭하여 1차 유리 섬유 매트를 형성시키고, 이에 UD beam 형태의 유리 섬유를 추가적으로 투입하여 다시 니들 펀칭하여 2차 유리섬유 매트를 형성시키고, 이 2차 유리섬유 매트의 상하에 열가소성 PP섬유를 적층시킨 후, 이 전체를 200-300℃ 및 1-3기압으로 가열 가압 후 냉각시켜 시트 상으로 형성시켜서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.

- 제1항에 있어서, 인테그럴 힌지가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 인테그럴 힌지는 접이부를 기준으로 양측의 패널이 서로 어긋나 있는 형태로 이루어지며 접이부의 중앙 측으로 두께가 점차 얇아지도록 형성된 파단형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 인테그럴 힌지는 접이부에서의 두께가 다른 패널 부위 보다는 얇으나 일정한 두께를 가지며, 그 중앙부가 볼록하게 형성된 굴곡형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 인테그럴 힌지는 접이부가 다른 패널 부위 보다 얇으며 굴곡 형성되어 접이부의 중앙부가 쐐기형으로 돌출된 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 인테그럴 힌지는 접이부가 마무리 부위에 걸림고리 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
