Claims (3)
- 태양열 보일러의 집열장치(1)에 있어서,상기 집열장치(1)는 반원통 형상이며 양단부가 측벽(3)에 의해서 막혀진 집광통(2)과,집광통(2) 내면에 빛을 반사하도록 형성한 거울로 구성된 집광판(2a)과,집광통(2)의 전면을 밀폐하는 투명체(3)와,집광판(2a)의 내측에 위치하도록 측벽(4)에 설치한 열교환관(5)과,순환수의 온도를 감지하도록 열교환관에 내장 설치한 열 감지센서(6)와,열교환관(5)의 양 단부를 축열탱크(20)에 연결하는 순환관(7)과,열 감지센서(6)의 신호에 따라 작동하도록 순환관(7)에 설치한 순환펌프(8)와,태양빛을 감지하도록 집광통(2)에 설치한 빛 감지센서(9)와,열 감지센서(6)의 신호 및 빛 감지센서(9)의 신호에 따라 개폐되도록 축열탱크(20)와 접하는 순환관(7)에 설치한 전자밸브(10)와,전자밸브(10)와 순환펌프(8) 사이에 보조관(12)으로 연결되는 지하에 매설된 지중열교환관(11) 및 열 감지센서(6)의 신호 및 빛 감지센서(9)의 신호에 따라 개폐되도록 보조관(12)에 설치한 전자밸브(13)와,열 감지센서(5) 및 빛 감지센서(9), 순환펌프(8), 전자밸브(10)(13)를 일괄적으로 제어하는 제어기(14)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양열 보일러의 집열 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열교환관(5)은 반원통 형상의 집광통(2)을 평면에서 볼 때 집광통(2)의 양단부 점A, 점B를 잇는 선분AB의 중간점 C에서 수직방향으로 그어지며 선분AC와 같은 길이를 갖는 선분CD의 1/2지점에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 태양열 보일러의 집열장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 집광통(2)의 전방 양쪽에 집광유도판(15)을 경사지게 설치하되, 이들 양쪽에 설치되는 집광유도판(15)의 내각(α)은 90˚이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양열 보일러의 집열장치.
