Claims (4)
- 각각의 열이 활성 상태와 비활성 상태로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 상태에 있고 각각의 행이 활성 상태와 비활성 상태로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 상태에 있는 동안, 각각의 행과 열을 그들의 상태에 대하여 구동되도록 하기 위해, 행과 열로 배열된 복수의 발광 다이오드의 매트릭스를 전력 절감이 가능하고 효율적으로 구동하는 방법에 있어서,(A) 활성 행에 대하여 연속적으로 디스차지, 프리차지, 커런트 온 및 디스차지의 단계를 실행하는 스텝과;(B) 비활성 행에 대하여 연속적으로 디스차지, 플로팅, 디스차지 및 디스차지의 단계를 실행하는 스텝과;(C) 활성 열에 대하여 연속적으로 커런트 싱크, 커런트 싱크, 커런트 싱크, 및 커런트 싱크의 단계를 실행하는 스텝과;(D) 비활성 열에 대하여 연속적으로 플로팅, 플로팅, 리버스 바이어스 및 플로팅의 단계를 실행하는 스텝을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 다이오드의 구동 방법.
