Claims (4)
- 압전현상을 이용한 지문을 인식하기 위한 장치로서,손가락이 접촉되는 상부기판(102); 상기 상부기판(102)의 하부에 위치하며 매트릭스 구조로 형성된 전극(110), 상기 전극(110) 사이에 채워진 압전물질(120) 및 상기 압전물질(120) 사이에 위치한 스페이서(130)로 구성된 압력인지부; 상기 압력인지부 하부에 위치하는 하부기판(104);으로 구성된 전기신호 발생부(100);상기 전기신호 발생부(100)에 연결되어 각 셀마다의 전압값을 측정하는 측정부(150); 및상기 측정부(150)에서의 전압값에 기초하여 등고선을 생성하는 이미지형성부(160); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면압력감지방식의 지문인식장치.
- 압저항현상을 이용한 지문을 인식하기 위한 장치로서,손가락이 접촉되는 상부기판(102); 상기 상부기판(102)의 하부에 위치하며 매트릭스 구조로 형성된 전극(110), 상기 전극(110) 사이에 채워진 압저항물질(120) 및 상기 압저항물질(120) 사이에 위치한 스페이서(130)로 구성된 압력인지부; 상기 압력인지부 하부에 위치하는 하부기판(104);으로 구성된 전기신호 발생부(100);상기 전기신호 발생부(100)에 연결되어 각 셀마다의 저항값을 측정하는 측정부(150); 및상기 측정부(150)에서의 저항값에 기초하여 등고선을 생성하는 이미지형성부(160); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면압력감지방식의 지문인식장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 이미지형성부(160)에서 획득한 등고선 패턴 데이터와 기준 지문패턴데이터와 일치여부를 판단하는 대비확인부(170);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면압력감지방식의 지문인식장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 상부기판(102) 및 상기 하부기판(104)은 실리콘 또는 중합체로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 표면압력감지방식의 지문인식장치.
