본 발명은 종이상자 등을 만드는데 사용되는 세겹판지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 판지는 폴리에틸렌판을 가운데 두고 일면에는 종이가 코팅되고 타면에는 부직포가 코팅된 세겹판지로, 이 세겹판지는 제1공정과 제2공정에 의해 만들어지되, 상기 제1공정은 일정속도로 공급되는 폴리에틸렌판의 일면에 유성접착제를 전이시킨 후 고온챔버를 거치게하여 순수접착제만 남게될 때 종이를 급지하여 이 종이에 접착제가 점착된 폴리에틸렌판이 코팅되어져 두겹 판지가 만들어지도록 하고, 이러한 두겹판지를 55°~60°C 의 숙성실에서 48시간이상 숙성시키는 공정이며, 상기 제2공정은 제1공정을 마친 두겹판지를 제1공정과 동일한 방식으로 폴리에틸렌판의 이면에 유성접착제를 전이시킨 후 고온챔버를 거치게 하여 이면의 순수접착제만 남게 될 때 부직포를 급지하여 이 부직포에 접착제가 점착된 두겹판지가 코팅되어져 세겹 판지가 만들어지도록 한후 이를 55°~60°C 의 숙성실에서 48시간이상 숙성시키는 공정으로 이루어진다.The present invention relates to a method for producing triplex paper used to make paper boxes and the like. 본 발명은 여러시험을 거쳐 세겹의 판지를 개발한 것으로, 재질이 견고할 뿐만 아니라 표면지에 선명한 인쇄를 할 수 있어서 상품성이 향상되고 내구성이 증가하여 실용성은 물론, 제품의 품질을 높일 수 있도록 된 세겹판지 제조방법을 제공 한다. 본 발명의 판지는 부직포와 폴리에틸렌판과 종이가 결합된 세겹판지로, 이 세겹판지는 일정속도로 공급되는 폴리에틸렌판의 일면에 유성접착제를 전이시킨 후 고온챔버를 거치게하여 순수접착제만 남게될 때 종이를 급지하여 이 종이에 접착제가 점착된 폴리에틸렌판이 코팅되어져 두겹 판지가 만들어지도록 하고, 이러한 두겹판지를 55°~60°C 의 숙성실에서 48시간이상 숙성시키는 제1공정과, 이 제1공정을 마친 두겹판지를 제1공정과 동일한 방식으로 폴리에틸렌판의 이면에 유성접착제를 전이시킨 후 고온챔버를 거치게 하여 이면의 순수접착제만 남게 될 때 부직포를 급지하여 이 부직포에 접착제가 점착된 두겹판지가 코팅되어져 세겹 판지가 만들어지도록 한후 이를 55°~60°C 의 숙성실에서 48시간이상 숙성시키는 제2공정에 의해 제조된다. 따라서 부직포면에 직접 선명한 인쇄가 가능하여 종래와 같이 인쇄따로 코팅따로 제작하여 코팅하던 문제를 해결할 수 있으며, 내구성과 품질이 뛰어난 판지를 제공할 있게 된 것이다.
