Description
Claims (13)
- 가스 발전기용 배출 시스템으로서, 상기 가스 발전기는 복수의 블레이드를 구비하는 가스 터빈에 의해 구동되는 축류 공기 압축기를 포함하며, 상기 압축기 및 상기 터빈 블레이드는 제 1 베어링이 상기 압축기 입구에 위치되고 제 2 베어링이 상기 축류 압축기와 상기 터빈 사이에 위치되는 저널 베어링에 의해 지지되는 공통 샤프트(20) 상에 설치되며, 상기 베어링 중 적어도 하나는 슬리브(23) 내로 삽입되고, 상기 샤프트(20)는 상기 베어링 주위에서 측방향 챔버(27)를 형성하는 하우징(22)에 고정된 복수의 지지 수단(21)에 의해 둘러싸이며, 윤활 및 냉각 유체는 상기 유체를 전달 및 배출하기 위해 사용되는 배관(24, 25)에 의해 상기 베어링의 표면으로 공급되는 가스 발전기용 배출 시스템에 있어서,제 1 양의 상기 윤활 유체는 상기 측방향 챔버(27)내로 중력에 의해 자유롭게 배출되며, 상기 유체는 상기 챔버로부터 배출 배관을 통해 유동하며, 제 2 양의 상기 윤활 유체는 상기 베어링 슬리브(23)를 둘러싸는 축적 챔버(28)내에 한정되며, 상기 제 2 양의 유체는 상기 측방향 챔버(27)내에 존재하는 압력에 대해 상이한 압력이 가해지며, 상기 상이한 압력을 형성하도록 복수의 부유 시일(26)이 각각의 베어링의 단부에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 발전기용 배출 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 측방향 챔버(27)를 상기 배출 배관에 연결하기 위한 개구(29)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 발전기용 배출 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 부유 시일(26)은 2개의 부유 링으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 발전기용 배출 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배출 배관은 상기 슬리브(23)의 중앙 하부에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 발전기용 배출 시스템.
