Claims (5)
- 선회 스크롤과 고정 스크롤의 랩의 조합에 의해 복수의 압축실을 형성하는 압축 기구부와, 상기 고정 스크롤의 받침판 상에 마련된 바이패스 연통 구멍과, 상기 압축실과 흡입 배관을 연통시키는 제어 밸브를 구비하고, 저부하시에는 상기 제어 밸브를 개방하여 용량 제어 운전하는 방식의 스크롤 압축기에 있어서,상기 바이패스 연통 구멍을 상기 복수의 압축실 중에서 흡입 압력으로 형성되는 압축실과는 연통하지 않는 위치에 설치한 것을 특징으로 한 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선회 스크롤이 흡입 완료 위치일 때의 상기 선회 스크롤을 구동시키는 회전축의 크랭크 각도를 0°로 하였을 때,상기 바이패스 연통 구멍이 상기 복수의 압축실 중에서 흡입 압력으로 형성되는 압축실과는 연통하지 않는 위치가 0°< 상기 크랭크 각도 ≤ 70°가 되는 범위에 의해 규제되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 선회 스크롤과 고정 스크롤의 랩의 조합에 의해 복수의 압축실을 형성하는 압축 기구부와, 상기 고정 스크롤의 받침판 상에 마련된 바이패스 연통 구멍과, 상기 압축실과 흡입 배관을 연통시키는 제어 밸브를 구비하고, 저부하시에는 상기 제어 밸브를 개방하여 용량 제어 운전하는 방식의 스크롤 압축기에 있어서,상기 바이패스 연통 구멍을 상기 선회 스크롤의 외선측에서 형성되는 복수의 상기 압축실 중에서 흡입 압력으로 형성되는 압축실과는 연통하지 않는 위치에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.

- 제1항, 제3항 또는 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스 연통 구멍의 개수가 2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
