Claims (5)
- 물 100g당 폴리비닐알코올(PVA) 5~20g을 넣고 80~100℃로 20~60분 동안 교반하며 가열하는 접착 바인더 제조단계(S10)와;상기 접착 바인더 제조단계(S10)에서 제조된 바인더 300g당 전분 60~82g, 펄프파우더 8~20g, 천연 부직포 2~3g, 덱스트린 4~10g, 유연제 1~5g을 첨가하여 혼합하는 조성물 제조단계(S20)와;상기 조성물 제조단계(S20)에서 제조된 조성물을 생분해성 수지가 단면 코팅된 천연 화이버를 이용한 천연 부직포 시트에 도포하여 조성물 시트를 제조하는 도포단계(S30)와;상기 도포단계(S30)에서 조성물 시트를 함수율이 15~30%가 되도록 건조하는 건조단계(S40)와;상기 건조단계(S40)에서 건조된 조성물 시트를 압축 성형하는 성형단계(S50)로 이루어지는 생분해성 용기의 제조방법.
- 물 100g당 폴리비닐알코올(PVA) 5~20g을 넣고 80~100℃로 20~60분 동안 교반하며 가열하는 접착 바인더 제조단계(S10)와;상기 접착 바인더 제조단계(S10)에서 제조된 바인더 300g당 전분 60~82g, 해초추출물 8~20g, 천연 부직포 2~3g, 덱스트린 4~10g, 유연제 1~5g을 첨가하여 혼합하는 조성물 제조단계(S20)와;상기 조성물 제조단계(S20)에서 제조된 조성물을 천연 화이버를 이용하여 생분해성 수지가 단면 코팅된 부직포 시트에 도포하여 조성물 시트를 제조하는 도포단계(S30)와;상기 도포단계(S30)에서 조성물 시트를 함수율이 15~30%가 되도록 건조하는 건조단계(S40)와;상기 건조단계(S40)에서 건조된 조성물 시트를 압축 성형하는 성형단계(S50)로 이루어지는 생분해성 용기의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 접착 바인더 제조단계(S10)에서 가열 후 냉각시 표면막 현상을 방지하기 위하여 교반을 하며,폴리비닐알코올(PVA)에 유연제 0.4~6g을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 용기의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 성형단계(S50)는 금형의 온도가 100~130℃로 유지된 상태에서 30~60초 동안 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 용기의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 제조방법을 이용하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 일회용기.
