Claims (2)
- 상면은 편평하고 하면은 볼록한 원판 형상의 강철기재(7)의 상하면에 스테인레스계금속분말 및 고체윤활제분말의 혼합분말(9, 11)을 도포하여 소결층(3, 5)을 형성하되, 상기 스테인레스계금속분말은 스테인레스분말 20-89.9중량%에 동분말 10 - 50중량%, 니켈, 티타늄, 규소, 알루미늄, 코발트, 크롬, 망간 또는 주석 가운데서 선택된 1 또는 2 이상의 금속분말 0.1-30중량%의 비율로 혼합한 것이고, 상기 소결층(3, 5)은 소결과 동시에 금형(13, 15) 내부에서 압착수단에 의하여 가압하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 브릿지슈용 판베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고체윤활제는 흑연(graphite), 이황화몰리브덴(MoS2) 또는 이황화텅스텐(WS2) 가운데서 선택된 1 또는 2이상의 고체윤활제이고, 스테인레스계금속분말 80-99.1 중량%에 대하여 0.1중량% - 20중량%의 비율로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 브릿지슈용 판베어링.
