Claims (17)
- 양극판과 음극판 및 상기 양극판과 음극판 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체가 상단개구부로 삽입되어 수용되는 캔을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지에 적용되는 리튬 이차전지용 캔에 있어서,상기 캔은 장측벽과 단측벽과 하면판을 구비하며, 상기 하면판에는 전기/전자기기 세트에의 삽입과 취출을 위한 바닥홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 캔.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 바닥홈은 상기 캔의 장변과 나란한 방향으로 적어도 하나 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 캔.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 캔은 박스 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 캔.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 캔은 상기 단측벽이 곡면으로 형성되어 상기 캔의 수평 단면이 타원인 타원통형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 캔.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 캔의 측면에는 라벨이 부착되기 위한 측면홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 캔.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 측면홈은 0.05 내지 0.2mm의 깊이로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 캔.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 측면홈은 상기 캔의 상단부 및 하단부와 단차를 이루도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 캔.
- 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체를 수용하는 캔과, 상기 캔의 상단개구부를 밀봉하는 캡조립체를 구비하는 베어셀; 및상기 베어셀과 전기적으로 연결되는 보호회로를 구비하고 상기 베어셀의 상부에 형성되어 탑커버(top cover)를 이루는 핫멜팅부를 포함하여 이루어지는 리튬 이차전지에 있어서,상기 베어셀의 바닥면은 절연물질에 의해 코팅된 절연층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 스프레이(spray) 방식 또는 디핑(dipping) 방식으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 베어셀의 바닥면에는 전기/전자기기 세트에의 삽입과 취출을 위한 바닥홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 바닥홈은 상기 캔의 장변과 나란한 방향으로 적어도 하나 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 캔의 측면에는 라벨이 부착되기 위한 측면홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 측면홈은 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 따른 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 장측벽과 단측벽과 하면판을 구비하는 캔의 상기 하면판에 전기/전자기기 세트에의 삽입과 취출을 위한 바닥홈을 형성하는 바닥홈 형성단계;상기 캔의 내부에 전극조립체를 삽입하는 전극조립체 삽입단계;상기 캔의 내부에 전해액을 주입하는 전해액 주입단계;완성된 베어셀의 바닥면에 절연층을 형성하는 절연층 형성단계; 및상기 베어셀과 전기적으로 연결되는 보호회로를 포함하는 핫멜팅부를 형성하는 핫멜팅부 형성단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 캔의 측면에 라벨이 부착되기 위한 측면홈을 형성하는 측면홈 형성단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 절연층 형성단계는 스프레이(spray) 방식 또는 디핑(dipping) 방식으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지의 제조방법.
