Claims (10)
- RFID에 보낼 전력을 포함한 제1 신호를 생성하는 송신 회로; 및상기 송신 회로와 같은 패키지 상에서 공간적으로 분리되어 있고, 상기 RFID가 전송하는 제2 신호를 수신하여 처리하는 기본 회로를 포함하는 RFID리더기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 RFID 리더기는 제1 신호의 송신과 제2 신호의 수신을 위한 송수신 겸용 안테나를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 리더기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기본 회로와 상기 송신 회로는 상기 패키지상에서 수평적으로 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 리더기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기본 회로와 상기 송신 회로는 상기 패키지상에서 수직적으로 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 리더기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 패키지는 볼그리드 타입 패키지이고, 상기 송신 회로는 상기 패키지 상 에서 전력/접지 볼들과 근접한 위치에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 리더기.
- RFID에 전송할 제1 신호를 증폭하는 전력 증폭기;상기 전력 증폭기와 같은 패키지 상에서 공간적으로 분리되어 있고, 상기 RFID에게 상기 증폭된 제1 신호를 전송하고, 상기 RFID가 전송하는 제2 신호를 수신하여 처리하는 기본 회로를 포함하는 RFID 리더기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 RFID 리더기는 상기 증폭된 제1 신호의 송신과 상기 제2 신호의 수신을 위한 송수신 겸용 안테나를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 리더기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 기본 회로와 상기 전력 증폭기는 상기 패키지상에서 수평적으로 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 리더기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 기본 회로와 상기 전력 증폭기는 상기 패키지상에서 수직적으로 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 리더기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 패키지는 볼그리드 타입 패키지이고, 상기 전력 증폭기는 상기 패키지 상에서 전력/접지 볼들과 근접한 위치에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 리더기.
