Claims (9)
- 스팀(steam)으로 전처리 한 지르코늄(ZrO2) 담체에 암모니움 메타텅스테이트, 나트륨 메타텅스테이트, 칼륨 메타텅스테이트 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 메타텅스테이트를 담지하고, 교반, 건조시킨 후 소성하여 얻은 오일에 함유된 유리지방산을 알콜과 에스테르화(esterification) 반응하여 지방산알킬에스테르로 전환하여 오일에 함유된 유리지방산을 제거하기 위한 텅스텐 옥사이드 지르코니아 촉매.

- Zr(OH)4 담체 또는 스팀(steam)으로 전처리한 ZrO2 담체에 암모니움 메타텅스테이트, 나트륨 메타텅스테이트, 칼륨 메타텅스테이트 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 메타텅스테이트를 담지하고, 교반, 건조시킨 후 소성하여 얻은 텅스텐 옥사이드 지르코니아 촉매 존재하에서 알콜과 유리지방산을 포함하는 오일을 에스테르화 반응시켜 오일 중의 유리지방산을 제거하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 알콜과 오일은 1∼9:9∼1의 몰비로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 오일 중의 유리지방산을 제거하는 방법.
