Claims (9)
- 지사/지점에서는 GIS(1)에서 관리하는 속성 및 도면 데이터와 RDBS(2)에서 관리하는 열화상 진단 데이터를 관리 서버(3)를 통해 다수의 감독자 단말기(4,....4)에 전달하여 도면추출, 열화상 진단 결과를 반영하도록 하고,상기 도면추출, 열화상 진단 결과를 인터넷 망(6)을 통해 데이터베이스(7)가 연결된 중계서버(8), 도면서버(9), WEB 서버(10)를 포함하는 중계센터에 전달하여 도면 저장관리, 지사/지점에서 열화상 진단 및 차량 간 자료중계가 이루어지도록 하며,상기 중계센터로부터 모바일(11)을 통해 도면 저장관리, 지사/지점에서 열화상 진단 및 차량 간 자료중계 관련 데이터를 수신하여 열화상 진단 시행, 진단결과 관리 및 진단 자료를 자동 변환하도록 하는 다목적 활선차(13)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 앤디아이에스(NDIS)와 연계된 배전설비 원격, 근접 진단 및 처방 종합 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열화상 진단 데이터는 영(零)시간 정전품질을 보장하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 앤디아이에스(NDIS)와 연계된 배전설비 원격, 근접 진단 및 처방 종합 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열화상 진단 데이터는 실시간 유지보수 관제체제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 앤디아이에스(NDIS)와 연계된 배전설비 원격, 근접 진단 및 처방 종합 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열화상 진단 데이터는 배전설비 진단 및 유지보수를 포함함을 특징으로 하는앤디아이에스(NDIS)와 연계된 배전설비 원격, 근접 진단 및 처방 종합 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열화상 진단 데이터는 단일차량 복합기능 무정전 유지보수를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 앤디아이에스(NDIS)와 연계된 배전설비 원격, 근접 진단 및 처방 종합 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열화상 진단 데이터는 회피 가능한 잠재정전가능시간을 제거함을 특징으로 하는 앤디아이에스(NDIS)와 연계된 배전설비 원격, 근접 진단 및 처방 종합 관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열화상 진단 데이터는 배전설비 원격 근접 진단 체제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 앤디아이에스(NDIS)와 연계된 배전설비 원격, 근접 진단 및 처방 종합 관리시스템.
- 감독자 단말기(PC)에서는 지사/지점의 GIS에서 관리하는 속성 및 도면 데이터로부터 도면을 추출하여 작업발주를 위한 도면/작업정보를 중계센터의 중계서버(8)에 전송하는 단계와;진단업체 모바일 단말기(PC)에서는 상기 중계서버(8)로부터 전송되는 도면/작업정보를 수신하여 해당 단말기(PC)에 저장하고 전력사용량을 기초로 진단 우선순위를 결정한 후, 열화상 진단 및 진단내역을 자동입력하고 진단 판정프로그램을 이용하여 최종 진단 결과보고서를 작성한 후 상기 중계서버(8)의 웹 서버 데이터베이스(10A)를 통해 저장하는 단계와;상기 감독자 단말기(PC)에서는 상기 중계서버(8)의 웹 서버 데이터베이스(10A)에 저장된 데이터를 수신하여 최종진단 결과에 반영하도록 해당 열화상 진단 데이터를 지사/지점의 RDBS(2)에 전송하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 앤디아이에스(NDIS)와 연계된 배전설비 원격, 근접 진단 및 처방 종합 관리 공법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 열화상 진단 및 진단내역을 자동입력단계 이후, 상기 진단업체 모바일 단말기에서는 긴급 보수건 발생 시 해당사항을 상기 감독자 단말기에 보고하고, 상기 감독자 단말기로부터의 보수지시에 따른 설비보수를 행한 후 보수 결과를 상기 감독자 단말기에 보고하는 동시에 감독자 단말기에서는 보수결과에 따른 NDIS 도면 수정 데이터를 지사/지점의 GIS에 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 앤디아이에스(NDIS)와 연계된 배전설비 원격, 근접 진단 및 처방 종합 관리공법.
