- 삭제
- 테프론 재질의 튜브에 탄성을 갖는 강선 스프링이 삽입되고, 튜브에 삽입된 강선 스프링의 말단부가 튜브의 말단부에 의해 밀봉된 절연 스프링을 제조하기 위한 절연 스프링의 제조 방법에 있어서,소정 직경의 강선 와이어를 형성하는 단계와,일정한 탄성을 갖도록 강선 와이어를 풀림처리하고 코일 형상으로 말아 강선 스프링을 형성하는 단계와,상기 강선 와이어로 제작된 강선 스프링이 삽입될 수 있도록 상기 강선 와이어의 직경보다 큰 내경을 갖는 테프론 튜브를 형성하는 단계와,강선 스프링을 상기 테프론 튜브에 삽입하는 단계와,상기 테프론 튜브에 삽입된 강선 스프링의 말단부를 테프론 튜브의 말단부로 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 스프링의 제조 방법.
