An apparatus and a method for preparing an oil are provided to obtain the oil containing large amount of ozonide and peroxide in an active oxygen form by generating ozone in the oil without direct injection of ozone-oxygen gas. An apparatus for preparing an oil containing ozonide and peroxide comprises a container(1); an oil storage tank(2) which is connectively installed at a pipe at the upper one side of the container to allow oil to be flown-in; a vacuum pump(4) which is connectively installed at a pipe at the other upper side of the container to reduce the pressure in the container; an oxygen supplying device installed at one side of the container; an outlet which is connectively installed at a pipe at lower one side of the container; an observing window(5) installed at the center portion of a body in the container; an ultraviolet lamp(6) installed at the bottom in the container; and a vibration device installed at the lower of the container.
