Claims (3)
- 저영양성 미생물 분리 배양방법에 있어서,LB 영양배지를 100~10-4로 희석시킨 LB 고체배지에 테트라사이클린, 앰피실린, 리팜피신(rifampicin) 또는 카나마이신(kanamycin)에서 선택된 1종의 항생제를 첨가하여 제조된 마이크로플레이트에 환경시료의 원액 또는 희석액을 도입하여 배양하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 환경시료에서 저영양성 항생제 내성 미생물의 분리배양방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환경시료는 음용수, 지하수, 하천수, 축산폐수 또는 초기강우수임을 특징으로 하는 환경시료에서 저영양성 항생제 내성 미생물의 분리배양방법.
- LB 영양배지를 100~10-4로 희석시킨 LB 고체배지에 테트라사이클린, 앰피실린, 리팜피신 또는 카나마이신에서 선택된 1종의 항생제를 첨가하여 제조된 마이크로플레이트에 환경시료의 원액 또는 희석액을 도입하여 배양하고,상기 플레이트에서 자란 콜로니 수를 세고,항생제 포함 배지에서 자란 항생제 내성 미생물 수와 항생제 미포함 배지 내 미생물 수를 비교하여 환경시료의 미생물 유해성을 진단함을 특징으로 하는 환경시 료에서 항생제 내성에 의한 미생물 유해성 진단방법.
