Abstract

An assembling method of a normal open type solenoid valve is provided to rapidly and accurately set an air gap between a magnet core and an amateur, and to remarkably improve work efficiency by continuously moving a holder unit until a flange is reached to the meter reading unit. An assembling device of a normal open type solenoid valve comprises a jig unit(10), a holder unit(30) and a meter reading unit(20). The jig unit fixes the solenoid valve. The holder unit controls an air gap between a magnet core and an amateur. The meter reading unit measures the air gap. A method for assembling a normal open type solenoid valve for an ABS(Anti-skid Brake System) of a vehicle comprises the steps of: mounting a valve pre-assembly(6) consisted of the magnet core, a flange, a return spring and a valve sheet on a jig unit; and continuously moving the valve sheet by using the holder unit until the flange of the valve pre-assembly is reached to the meter reading unit waiting at a set position of the air gap.
