Claims (9)
- 카르복실기를 함유한 폴리올을 유기이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 폴리이소시아네이트를 제조하는 단계;상기 폴리이소시아네이트의 말단 NCO기를 폴리이소시아네이트 100 중량부에 대해서 셀로솔브 10에서 80 중량부와 반응시켜 캡핑하는 단계; 및카르복실기를 중화시켜 수분산시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수분산 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실기를 함유한 폴리올은 디메틸올프로피오닉산, 디메틸올부타노익산, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수분산 폴리이소시아네이트 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트는 카르복실기를 함유한 폴리올과 유기이소시아네이트가 OH와 NCO 당량비가 1:2 - 1:7인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캡핑하는 단계는 유기용매 및 촉매를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 수분산 후 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트 제조 방법.
- 디메틸올프로피오닉산, 디메틸올부타노익산, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 카르복실기 함유 폴리올과 유기 이소시아네이트로 이루어진 OH와 NCO 당량비가 1: 2에서 1:7인 폴리이소시아네이트;및상기 폴리이소시아네이트 100 중량부에 대해서 10 - 80 중량부 셀로솔브로 이루어진 예비중합체를 수분산시켜 제조되는 수분산 폴리이소시아네이트
- 수분산 폴리우레탄; 및수분산 폴리우레탄 100 중량부에 대해서디메틸올프로피오닉산, 디메틸올부타노익산, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 카르복실기 함유 폴리올과 유기 이소시아네이트로 이루어진 OH와 NCO 당량비가 1:2에서 1:7 인 폴리이소시아네이트;및상기 폴리이소시아네이트 100 중량부에 대해서 10 - 80 중량부 셀로솔브로 이루어진 예비중합체를 수분산시켜 제조되는 수분산 폴리이소시아네이트0.5 에서 40 중량부를 포함하는 수분산 폴리우레탄.
