Claims (9)
- 하기 화학식 (1)로 표시되는 MAMA(모노아미노모노아미드)-다이설파이드, N2S2, 또는 디메틸-N2S2 킬레이트화 리간드가 결합된 아릴피페라진 유도체:[화학식 1]여기서, (a) X, Y, Z = H, -OCH3, CH; (b) X, Y, Z = OCH3, CH, CH; (c) X, Y, Z = H, -Cl, CH; (d) X, Y, Z = H, N, CH; (e) X, Y, Z = H, N, N; 및 (f) Ch = 킬레이트화 리간드로서 하기 화학식들로 표시되는 MAMA(모노아미노모노아미드)-다이설파이드 화합물, N2S2 또는 디메틸-N2S2 화합물:[화학식 2][화학식 3][화학식 4][화학식 5]여기서, X는 Cl, Br 및 I로부터 선택되며; 및 R은 하기 화학식:로 표시되는 보호기, 또는 -CH3, -C2H5, -C3H7 및 -C4H9로 구성되는 알킬기로부터 선택된다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 상기 킬레이트화 리간드와 착화되는 99Tc, 99mTc, 188Re 또는 186Re에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 방사성핵종으로 표지됨을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 방사성핵종이 99mTc인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 99mTc로 표지된 제 1항에 따른 화합물을 약물학적 담체 내에 제공하는 단계; 상기 화합물을 인간을 제외한 포유동물에 주사하는 단계; 및 방사성 진단 영상화 기구를 사용하여 인간을 제외한 포유동물을 스캐닝하는 단계를 포함하는 세로토닌 수용체의 밀도를 검출하는 방법.
- 99mTc로 표지된 제 1항에 따른 화합물을 약물학적 담체 내에 제공하는 단계; 상기 화합물을 인간을 제외한 포유동물에 주사하는 단계; 및 방사성 진단 영상화 기구를 사용하여 인간을 제외한 포유동물을 스캐닝하는 단계를 포함하는 인간을 제외한 포유동물의 뇌신경계 질환을 모니터링하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항의 화합물을 방사성핵종으로 표지하기 위해 테트라하이드로보레이트 교환 수지를 포함하고 밀봉 및 멸균된 비발열성 바이알로 구성된 방사성약품 제제를 제조하기 위한 방사성의약품 키트.
- (a) 마이크로파를 사용하여 아릴피페라진 유도체를 합성하는 단계;(b) MAMA(모노아미노모노아미드)-다이설파이드 유도체 리간드, N2S2 또는 디메틸-N2S2 리간드를 합성하는 단계; 및(c) 마이크로파를 사용하여 상기 리간드 화합물을 상기 아릴피페라진 유도체로 치환시켜 상기 화합물 (1)을 합성하는 단계를 포함하는 MAMA(모노아미노모노아미드)-다이설파이드 유도체 리간드, N2S2 또는 디메틸-N2S2 리간드가 결합된 아릴피페라진 유도체의 제조 방법.
- 마이크로파를 사용하여 화학식 (1)의 MAMA(모노아미노모노아미드)-다이설파이드 유도체 리간드, N2S2 또는 디메틸-N2S2 리간드가 결합된 아릴피페라진 유도체를 과테크네튬산이온 존재하에서 테트라하이드로보레이트 교환수지를 환원제로 사용하고, 마이크로파를 조사하여 테크네튬으로 표지시킨 화학식 (1)의 아릴피페라진 유도체의 제조 방법.
