Claims (25)
- 제 1 사이징 혼합물과 제 2 사이징 혼합물을 함유하는, 강화섬유 물질용 사이징 화합물로서,상기 제 1 사이징 혼합물은 선구 사이즈를 함유하며, 상기 제 2 사이징 혼합물은, 말레산 무수물 및 에틸렌으로 형성된 공중합체를 함유하는 바인더 사이즈를 함유하는, 사이징 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 선구 사이즈는 1 이상의 결합제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이징 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 선구 사이즈는 윤활제를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이징 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 선구 사이즈는, pH조절제, 습윤제 및 대전방지제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1 이상의 첨가제를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이징 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 선구 사이즈는 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 사이징 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 사이즈는 교차결합제를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이징 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 사이즈는 접착 막 형성 중합체를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이징 화합물.
- 말레산 무수물 및 에틸렌으로 형성된 공중합체를 함유하며, 강화섬유 물질을 사이징하는 바인더 사이즈.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 대전방지제를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바인더 사이즈.
- 먼저 선구 사이즈로 피복된 후 바인더 사이즈로 피복된 강화섬유 물질의 1 이상의 스트랜드를 함유하는 무색인 강화섬유 제품으로서,상기 바인더 사이즈는 말레산 무수물 및 에틸렌으로 형성된 공중합체를 함유하는, 무색인 강화섬유 제품.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 사이즈는 접착 막 형성 중합체를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무색인 강화섬유 제품.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 펠릿의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 무색인 강화섬유 제품.
- 강화섬유 물질의 조각을 함유하는 치밀한 강화섬유 제품으로서, 상기 강화섬유 물질의 조각은 선구 사이즈와 바인더 사이즈로 피복되며; 상기 바인더 사이즈는 말레산 무수물 및 에틸렌으로 형성된 공중합체를 함유하는 치밀한 강화섬유 제품.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 펠릿의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 치밀한 강화섬유 제품.
- 선구 사이즈와 바인더 사이즈로 결합된 강화섬유 물질을 함유하는 성형 복합물품으로서, 상기 바인더 사이즈는 말레산 무수물 및 에틸렌으로 형성된 공중합체를 함유하는 성형 복합물품.
- 다음을 포함하는 치밀한 섬유제품의 제조방법:(a) 1 이상의 결합제를 함유하는 선구 사이즈를 준비하는 단계,(b) 상기 선구 사이즈를 강화섬유 스트랜드에 도포하는 단계,(c) 상기 선구 사이즈로 피복된 상기 강화섬유 스트랜드에 말레산 무수물 및 에틸렌으로 형성된 공중합체를 함유하는 바인더 사이즈를 도포하는 단계,(d) 상기 강화섬유 스트랜드를 조각들로 절단하는 단계, 및(e) 상기 조각들을 치밀한 섬유제품을 형성하도록 치밀화하는 단계.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 선구 사이즈를 준비하는 단계는 수용액내에서 그 구성성분을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치밀한 섬유제품의 제조방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 사이즈를 준비하는 단계는 수용액, 분산물 또는 에멀션내에서 그 구성성분을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치밀한 섬유제품의 제조방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 사이즈를 준비하는 단계는, 프로필렌-말레산 무수물 공중합체, (이소)부틸렌-말레산 무수물 공중합체, 메틸 비닐 에테르 말레산 공중합체 및 이들의 유도체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 말레산 무수물 공중합체를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치밀한 섬유제품의 제조방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 조각들을 치밀화 하는 단계는:ⅰ) 길이방향 축선을 중심으로 회전구동되는 지그재그 중공 튜브를 구비하며, 길이방향 축선을 중심으로 회전구동되는 드럼내에 상기 조각들을 위치시키는 단계; 및ⅱ) 상기 조각들에 텀블링 운동을 제공하여, 그 조각들을 치밀화하여 펠릿을 형성하도록, 상기 드럼을 회전시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치밀한 섬유제품의 제조방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은, 상기 드럼내에 배치되어 상기 드럼의 회전중에 펠릿의 자유낙하 거리를 감소시키는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치밀한 섬유제품의 제조방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 자유낙하거리 감소수단은, 상기 드럼내에 부착된 원통형 배플과 만곡된 평판 배플로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치밀한 섬유제품의 제조방법.
