Claims (8)
- 유황폴리머시멘트, 플라이애쉬, 그리고 5~25mm의 입도를 갖는 굵은골재의 혼합으로 구성되는 조성물과 상기한 조성물에 대하여 폴리프로필렌 혹은 폴리에틸렌 섬유를 2~5kg/㎥의 비율로 혼합하여 조성되고, 10%~30%의 공극이 형성되며, pH 용출이 7~9의 범위이고, 압축강도가 180 ~ 500 kgf/㎠ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 유황콘크리트 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유황폴리머시멘트와 플라이 애쉬를 60~80%:40~20%의 체적비로 혼합한 바인더와, 상기한 바인더와 5~25mm의 입도를 갖는 굵은 골재를 12~18%:88~82%의 체적비로 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 유황콘크리트 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기한 조성물은 해양구조물에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 유황콘크리트 조성물.
- 120℃~150℃로 가열된 믹서기내에 유황폴리머시멘트와 플라이애쉬를 60~80%:40~20%의 체적비로 혼합한 바인더와 5~25mm의 입도를 갖는 굵은 골재를 12~18%:88~82%의 체적비로 투입하여 혼합하고, 바인더가 완전히 용융된 시점에서 폴리프로필렌 혹은 폴리에틸렌 섬유를 2~5kg/㎥의 비율로 더 혼합하는 혼합단계와,상기와 같이 혼합된 모르터를 70~100℃ 또는 150~170℃ 몰드에 투입하여 진동 성형하는 성형단계와,성형된 유황콘크리트 제품을 냉각시켜 탈형하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 유황콘크리트 제조방법.

- 유황콘크리트로 형성된 베이스와,상기한 베이스의 상부에 상부가 개방되도록 다수개 배치되는 빔과,상기한 빔에 의하여 형성된 공간내로 투입되고, 유황폴리머시멘트, 플라이애쉬, 그리고 5~25mm의 입도를 갖는 굵은골재를 포함하여 구성되고 10%~30%의 공극이 형성되며 pH 용출이 7~9의 범위이고 압축강도가 180 ~ 500 kgf/㎠ 범위인 다공성 유황콘크리트 블록을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 유황콘크리트를 이용한 인공어초.
- 체결수단을 통해서 상호 연결되어 내부에 공간을 형성하는 다수의 강재와,유황폴리머시멘트, 플라이애쉬, 그리고 5~25mm의 입도를 갖는 굵은골재를 포함하여 구성되고 10%~30%의 공극이 형성되며 pH 용출이 7~9의 범위이고 압축강도가 180 ~ 500 kgf/㎠ 범위를 가지며, 강재에 부착되는 판형 다공성 유황콘크리트 블록으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 유황콘크리트를 이용한 인공어초.
