- "8" 형상의 호스(100)에 흡입구(101) 및 토구출(103)가 형성되고, 상기 호스(100)의 상부 외측부(110)가 펌핑 블록(200)의 상부 케이스(210)에 부착되고, 상기 호스(100)의 하부 외측부(120)가 펌핑 블록(200)의 하부 케이스(220)에 부착되며, 상기 호스(100)의 상부 내측부(130) 및 하부 내측부(140)가 상부 및 하부 원판링(310, 320)에 결합되고, 상부 및 하부 원판링(310, 320)의 내부에 상부 및 하부 베어링(410, 420)이 장착되고, 상부 및 하부 베어링(410, 420)의 내부에 상부 및 하부 편심캠(510, 520)이 장착되며, 상부 및 하부 편심캠(510, 520)에 상부 및 하부 샤프트(610, 620)가 장착되고, 상기 호스(100)의 상부 내측부(130)와 하부 내측부(140)가 연결부(150)에 의해 연결되고,호스(100)가 반원부(171)를 포함하는 좌측 시트(170)와 반원부(181)를 포함하는 우측 시트(180)가 서로 마주보게 배치되어, 상기 반원부(171, 181)가 합쳐져 펌핑 통로(160)가 형성되고, 상기 좌측 시트(170)의 외측 플랜지부(172)와 우측 시트(180)의 외측 플랜지부(182)가 상부 및 하부 케이스(210 ; 220)의 플랜지부(211, 212 ; 221, 222) 사이에 끼워진 후 체결수단(230)에 의해 결합되고, 원판링(310 ; 320)이 좌측 원판링(311 ; 321)과 우측 원판링(312 ; 322)으로 구성되며, 좌측 시트(170)의 내측 플랜지부(173 ; 175)와 우측 시트(180)의 내측 플랜지부(183 ; 185)가 겹쳐진 상태에서 좌측 원판링(311 ; 321)과 우측 원판링(312 ; 322) 사이에 배치되어 체결수단(330)에 의해 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호스펌프.
