Claims (3)
- 저장호퍼(1)에 임시 저장되어 있던 유기성 폐기물이 파쇄기(2)로 이송되어 파쇄되고, 그 파쇄된 유기성 폐기물은 정량공급기(3)를 통해 열풍건조기(4)로 정량 공급되고, 그 열풍건조기(4) 내에서의 유기성 폐기물은 탄화기(7)에서 열풍이송덕트(71)를 통해 이송되는 열풍에 의해 건조되고, 그 건조과정에서 유기성 폐기물에서 발생한 가스는 가스처리부(5)를 통해 처리되어 외부로 배출되고, 건조처리된 유기성 폐기물은 선별기(6)로 이송되어 비닐과 같은 이물질이 선별되고, 그 이물질이 선별된 유기성 폐기물에 간접열을 가하여 유기성 폐기물을 탄화시키는 탄화기(7)를 거쳐 탄화물(8)로 처리되는 탄화처리 설비에 있어서,상기 가스처리부(5)는 열풍건조기(4)에서 발생한 가스에 포함되어 있는 분진 및 미세입자를 포집하는 싸이클론(51)과, 그 싸이클론(51)에서 분진이 포집처리된 가스를 1차 필터처리하는 금속박막필터(52)와, 1차 필터처리된 가스에 포함되어 있는 악취와 유해물질을 재연소 처리하는 축열식산화기(53)와, 최종적으로 그 축열식산화기(53)를 거친 가스에 포함되어 있는 다이옥신을 필터처리하는 이중흡착필터(54)를 거쳐 배기팬(55)을 통해 외부로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물 탄화처리설비의 후처리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 금속박막필터(52)는 카본스틸(Carbon steel) 재질로 박판의 두께가 120㎛인 필터를 2겹으로 겹쳐 원통형으로 제작하여 그 인장강도가 160kgf인 것으로, 그 필터의 직경(Φ)이 150mm이고, 길이는 2500mm이고, 여과면적은 1.18㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 하수슬러지 및 음식물 처리시 발생하는 배가스 제거 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이중흡착필터(54)는 테프론 재질의 여과필터로써, 그 두께는 1.2 ~ 1.5mm이고, 그 가동 가용온도는 250 ~ 270℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 하수슬러지 및 음식물 처리시 발생하는 배가스 제거 시스템.
