Claims (3)
- 매립장시설의 저부에는 바닥차수층이 형성되고, 상기 매립장시설의 측면 둘레를 따라 연직차수벽이 설치되어 침출수가 집수정이 설치되어 있는 방향으로 모이도록 한 후 침출수를 정화처리하는 것으로,상기 집수정에 연속하여 설치하고, 상기 집수정에서 집수된 침출수를 영가철과 제강슬래그가 혼합된 물질을 부직포에 충진 후 밀봉하여 이루어진 전단부 반응벽체를 통과시켜 침출수 내의 질산염을 영가철 입자와의 반응에 의해 각각 환원되어 질소가스로 변환되어 탈기되고, 인산염은 침출수 중의 칼슘과 결합하여 하이드록시아파타이드를 형성하여 침전제거되는 1차 처리단계와,상기 1차 처리된 침출수를 상기 전단부 반응벽체와 연속하여 일체로 형성된 미생물처리 폐타이어로 이루어진 후단부 반응벽체를 통과시켜 폐타이어 박편으로 오염물질을 흡착처리하거나 폐타이어 박편의 표면에 형성된 생물막과의 반응에 의해 오염물질을 무기화하여 제거하는 2차 처리단계를 거침으로써, 침출수 처리장이 없어도 바로 외부로 방류가능하도록 처리하는 방법에 있어서,상기 폐타이어 박편은 입경을 2 ~ 3mm로 성형한 후 질소분위기하에서 700℃로 열처리한 1 ~ 10㎛의 입도를 갖는 활성탄으로 코팅하여 비표면적을 크게 함으로써 미생물부착에 의한 생물막 형성을 촉진시켜 오염물질이 생물막과의 반응에 의해 무기화되어 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 투수성 반응벽체를 이용한 매립지 침출수 처리방법.
