Claims (2)
- 단품용 부식피로 시험조건중 부식환경을 설정하는 단계와;전기화학 시험셀을 포함하는 부식시험조를 구축하는 단계와;상기 전기화학 시험셀을 포함하는 부식시험조 내에 침지된 샤시부품에 액추에이터로 반복응력을 인가하여 일정 응력하에서 파단되게 하는 전기화학적 평가를 통해 필드와의 부식피로의 내구성을 HMC의 법칙에 의해 보정하는 단계와;상기 HMC의 법칙과 전기화학적 평가를 통해 필드 재현성을 평가하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 HMC의 법칙은상기 Nf(air)는 대기환경에서 ±1.3G의 응력이 작용할 때 파괴까지의 싸이클수, N(air)는 대기환경에서 ±1.3G의 응력이 작용한 싸이클, Nf(corrosion)는 부식피로환경에서 ±1.3G의 응력이 작용할 때 파괴까지의 싸이클수, N(corrosion)는 부식피로환경에서 ±1.3G의 응력이 작용한 싸이클수인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 샤시부품의 부식피로 평가방법.
