Claims (6)
- 유기발광층을 사이에 두고 서로 교차되는 데이터라인 및 스캔라인과;상기 데이터라인 상에 상기 유기발광층이 형성될 영역마다 개구부를 가지는 절연막과;상기 절연막 상에 상기 데이터라인과 교차되는 격벽을 구비하며,상기 절연막은 상기 데이터라인의 두께의 100 ~ 250% 의 두께로 형성되고,상기 절연막은 폴리이미드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 데이터라인은 약 1000 ~ 2000 Å의 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시소자.
- 삭제
- 데이터라인을 형성하는 단계와;상기 데이터라인 상에 유기발광층이 형성될 영역마다 개구부를 가지는 절연막을 형성하는 단계와;상기 절연막 상에 상기 데이터라인과 교차되는 격벽을 형성하는 단계와;상기 유기발광층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 데이터라인과 교차되는 스캔라인을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 절연막은 상기 데이터라인의 두께의 100 ~ 250% 의 두께로 형성되고,상기 절연막은 폴리이미드를 포함하는 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 데이터라인은 약 1000 ~ 2000 Å의 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시소자의 제조방법.
