According to the present invention, a glass plate having a certain thickness and tempered glass, which is to increase the surface strength by heat treatment, are laminated while heating the laminated sheet with heat to melt, so that only the tempered glass is cracked, so that no crack is generated. The present invention relates to a construction crack glass panel that enables to implement various patterns without having the same pattern. In particular, cracks caused by the price of the tempered glass are implemented to realize various patterns, and such cracks are exposed to the outside at all. It is not made in advance, but only occurs inside the tempered glass, so it is easy to handle when used for construction purposes.
The crack glass panel provided in the prior art has a structure in which a tempered glass having a relatively small area is placed between two glass plates, and then the tempered glass is bonded to the two glass plates using silicon or the like as a space formed at the edge thereof. In this state, the tempered glass is broken and cracked so that the cracked state is reflected inside the glass plate.
Therefore, the disadvantage of having to finish the part for the price, and especially the broken state is fluid, so that the operation of the broken part by the fine powder flows due to long time use, as well as the problem of messy silicone bonding of the edge is strong. It was impossible to have real cracked glass as a building panel because of the lack of it.
Accordingly, the present invention is to provide a glass panel having a variety of thickness or shape while being able to provide a variety of designs without the same design, but simply manufactured.
To this end, the glass sheet and tempered glass are laminated to the laminated sheet, and then heated to a certain temperature, and the laminated sheets are melted together to closely bond with each other. By only happening inside, it is possible to provide a new glass design that does not have the same design as well as to provide a safety glass panel with excellent safety so that the crack state is not exposed to the outside.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, the configuration of the present invention is composed of a
At this time, the
At this time, the properties of the
However, when the reinforcement is made only on the upper and lower surfaces, when the heat treatment is not performed, that is, when the
In other words, when a blow is made to the tempered glass, since the blow energy is transferred from the inside of the heat treatment to the near place where the blow is generated, the inside of the tempered glass is first cracked and the outside is broken.
However, this part is held by the bonding sheet to prevent cracks from being transferred to the outside, so that the crack state is not transmitted to the
The impact is particularly excellent when the middle part of the side surface of the tempered glass is not subjected to surface heat treatment, but the crack is transmitted even when the price hits the upper surface of the tempered glass at a constant pressure. Cracks can only occur inside due to the amount of force.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the
In addition, if the side is processed by polishing first, the state of the crack does not appear to the outside even when appearing in pieces by the impact.
Next, the process of bonding the
First of all, the present invention is to remove the foreign matter and the like in the pre-treatment step of the
Thereafter, the
At this time, the vacuum is to be closely adhered by removing the air layer between the
As such, the heating step is to raise the temperature to a certain temperature while the vacuum is applied.
At this time, the heating is to be heated in a state in which the time and temperature are directly proportional to, the time was 40 minutes in the present invention for the economics and the quality of the product and the final temperature was 80 ℃.
At this time, as a method for heating, a hot air or indirect heating method is adopted, and if possible, the balance of heat is kept constant.
Then it is maintained for 40 minutes in the warmed state at 80 ℃.
This means that the melt is gradually flowed by melting, and the adhesion is made in a state where a uniform thickness is maintained. When this time becomes too long, the melt is exposed to the outside in the bonded state by the flow of the melt. .
After the holding temperature was removed in this state, a cold air was added to cool the product for 20 minutes to complete the preparation.
Therefore, when hitting the tempered glass in such a state, when the energy caused by the blow is broken from the crack part and leads to the hitting part, the hitting energy is due to the joining state by the bonding sheet. It is not delivered to the part and cracks occur only in the crack part.
Therefore, such cracks are not exposed to the outside, and thus workability is excellent, and various designs can be created by bonding these hits in various forms.
As described above, the present invention can provide a product without the same design by implementing a variety of patterns by causing the cracks in the tempered glass by the price of the tempered glass in a state in which the plate glass and the tempered glass are closely bonded by the laminated sheet. This crack state is to be exposed to the outside by the bonding sheet to provide excellent decorative properties.
