Abstract
Description
도 6a 내지 도 6d는 도 5에 도시되어 있는 신호패턴을 좀더 확대하여 명확하게 보여주는 도면으로서, 도 6a는 도 5의 도면부호 530의 코로나 형태 패턴(corona type pattern)을 보여주고 있고, 도 6b는 도 5의 도면부호 540의 자유분자 형태 패턴(free particle type pattern)을 보여주고 있고, 도 6c는 도 5의 도면부호 550의 플로팅 전극 형태 패턴(floating electrode type pattern)을 보여주고 있고, 도 6d는 도 5의 도면부호 560의 보이드 형태 패턴(void type pattern)을 보여주는 도면이다.
이 발명의 구성은, 상기한 구형펄스 발생기에서 발생되어 출력되는 신호는 메모리에 사용자가 입력하여 저장된 전형적인 결함에 의한 패턴으로부터 펄스폭 변조하여 신호패턴을 발생하면 바람직하다.
Claims (4)
- 유도형 전원 위상 동기 센서와 용량성 전원 위상 동기 센서와 전등 광량 센싱 전원위상 동기 센서에 연결되어 있는 상용전원 동기 센서 입력부;상기한 상용전원 동기 센서 입력부에 연결되어 있으며 패턴 입력 및 조절을 하는 구형펄스 발생기;펄스의 상승 및 하강시간을 단축하는 펄스형태 조절기;펄스형태 조절기에서 상승 및 하락시간이 빠르게 조정된 신호의 직류성분을 제거하는 콘덴서;콘덴서를 거치면서 직류성분이 제거된 AC 성분의 고대역을 필터링함으로써 극초단파를 생성하는 고대역 통과필터;구형펄스 발생기에 의해 설정된 크기의 신호를 출력하는 신호 증폭 및 감쇄기; 및상기한 신호 증폭 및 감쇄기에서 출력된 신호의 크기를 측정하는 방향성결합기를 포함하여 이루어지며,상기한 구형펄스 발생기로부터 수십-수백 ns 길이의 광대역 극초단파 펄스를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역 극초단파 모사 부분방전신호 및 신호유형패턴 발생장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기한 구형펄스 발생기에서 발생되어 출력되는 신호는 메모리에 사용자가 입력하여 저장된 전형적인 결함에 의한 패턴으로부터 펄스폭 변조하여 신호패턴을 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역 극초단파 모사 부분방전신호 및 신호유형패턴 발생장치.
