Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 강유전체 기판상에 일정간격으로 분극 영역을 형성하는 단계;상기 분극 영역상에 사진식각공정을 이용하여 도파관를 형성하는 단계;상기 도파관에 더미기판을 접합하는 단계; 및상기 강유전체 기판을 평탄화하는 단계를 포함하는 유사위상정합 도파관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 강유전체 기판의 재료는 LiNbO3, LiTaO3, Mg:LiNbO3, Zn:LiNbO3, 혹은 KTP의 단결정 기판인 유사위상정합 도파관의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 Mg:LiNbO3 및 Zn:LiNbO3 기판은 LiNbO3의 결정성장을 위한 Li2CO3와 NbO5 파우더에 ZnO 또는 MgO파우더를 첨가해 성장시키는 유사위상정합 도파관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도파관과 상기 더미기판을 접합하기 위하여 UV 경화성 또는 열 경화성의 에폭시 및 왁스를 사용하는 유사위상정합 도파관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 강유전체 기판을 평탄화한 후 건식식각공정을 더 포함하는 유사위상정합 도파관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 더미기판은 강유전체와 동일한 소재의 동일한 소재이거나 굴절률이 낮은 SiO2 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 유사위상정합 도파관의 제조방법.
