- 마이크로 압축기에 있어서,중앙에 회전자석(120)을 구비하고,상부의 일측에 유체를 흡입하는 흡입구(115)와 흡입밸브(114)를 구비하고, 타측에 유체를 배출하는 배출구(118)와 배출밸브(116)를 구비하며, 흡입된 유체를 배출시까지 수용하는 펌프내부체임버(117);상기 펌프 내부체임버(117)의 하부에 위치하며 상기 펌프 내부체임버(117)와 밀폐되어 연결되는 박막(112); 및상기 박막(112)의 하부면에 구비되는 막자석(111)을 포함하는 펌핑부(110)를 상기 회전자석(120)의 주위로 상하 또는 다각형 형상으로 복수개를 배치하되,외부 유체가 최초 유입되는 상기 흡입구(115)와 유체가 외부로 최종적으로 배출되는 상기 배출구(118)을 제외하고 서로 인접하는 상기 펌핑부(110)의 상기 흡입구(115)와 상기 배출구(118)를 연결관(220)으로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 압축기.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 펌핑부(110)의 상기 펌프 내부체임버(117)는 외부 유체가 최초 유입되는 상기 펌핑부(110)로부터 유체가 외부로 최종적으로 배출되는 상기 펌핑부(110)로 갈수록 그 부피가 축소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 압축기.
- 제 3항 또는 4항에 따른 마이크로 압축기를 상기 회전자석(120)의 축방향으로 연속하여 배치하여 다량의 유체를 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 압축기.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 따른 상기 마이크로 압축기(200);상기 압축기 전체 배출구(118b)와 연결되어 유체를 응축시키는 응축기(302);상기 응축기(302)와 연결되어 응축된 유체를 팽창시키는 팽창밸브(314);일측에는 상기 팽창밸브(314)와 연결되고 타측에는 상기 마이크로 압축기(200)의 흡입구와 연결되는 증발기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 냉동시스템.
