The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for pleating fabrics, and more particularly, to a processing method and apparatus for easily expressing a pleated pattern with irregular and soft natural feeling to the fabric while forming the pleats on the fabric.
Conventionally, in the industry, a method of densely packing fabrics by hand into a knitted bag having a diameter of about 30 cm and steam-heat-treating them to form a wrinkle is fixed.
This method has the advantage that it is easy to fill the fabric into the bag by hand because of the large diameter of the bag, but on the other hand, since the diameter of the bag is too large, it takes a long time before heat is sufficiently transferred to the inside of the bag. Due to the different heat of contact with the outside, the variation of the wrinkle effect is severe, and when it is put into the bag, it is spread in the expanded state, so the wrinkle pattern is large and rough, so it is difficult to express natural and soft wrinkle pattern and obtain the desired level of wrinkle effect. In order to remove the fabric inside the bag again and re-introduced into the bag there is a cumbersome disadvantage that the second steam treatment.
따라서 본 발명자는 기존의 방법과는 차별화 되는 방법으로 주름형성과 동시에 염색을 행하여 자연적이고 부드러운 느낌의 주름염색물을 제공하는 방법을 개발하였었다(대한민국 특허등록 제 462538호).Therefore, the present inventors have developed a method of providing a natural and smooth wrinkled dye by performing wrinkle formation and dyeing at the same time as a method different from the existing method (Korean Patent Registration No. 462538).
The method introduced in Patent Registration No. 462538 is made by processing the densely packed fabric into a narrow bag with a diameter of 5 to 30 cm. It is difficult to densely fill fabrics in narrow-diameter bags, and the step of filling fabrics in bags has become a bottleneck point for the production of wrinkled products.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus capable of densely filling fabrics in narrow diameter bags of 5 to 30 cm in diameter, which are introduced in Patent Registration No. 462538.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for processing the fabric of the filled bag.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a wrinkled processed fabric of a natural and soft feeling.
The object of the present invention is a support pipe which is covered with a bag at one end and the fabric is supplied to the other end, a reciprocating pipe filling the fabric into the bag while reciprocating the inside of the support pipe and the drive device of the reciprocating pipe. Achieved by the wrinkling device of the fabric being constructed.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
When the fabric is put into a bag with a wide opening of about 30 cm in diameter, which is used for the conventional wrinkle processing, the cloth is injected into the bag in a wide state to which it is expanded to a certain extent, so that the wrinkle is rough and the line has a thick shape.
The present invention inserts the
The diameter of the reciprocating pipe (2) is 3 to 20 cm is an appropriate size, about 3 to 7 cm is suitable for thin foil fabrics and about 10 to 15 cm for thick thick fabrics.
In general, the smaller the diameter of the pipe (2), the finer the wrinkles and the softer effect can be obtained, but when the friction caused by friction between the fabric (5) and the pipe (2) is more likely to cause poor grazing, the larger the diameter of the pipe (2) Since the fine wrinkles are small and the shape is rough and coarse, the diameter of the reciprocating
The reciprocating pipe (2) can be made of metal pipes that are sufficiently polished or plastic pipes that can maintain their shape at room temperature, such as PVC, without significant restrictions. Pipes are preferred.
The
The support pipe 1 is a connection portion between the bag and the reciprocating
The material of the support pipe (1) may be a metal pipe that has been sufficiently polished or plastic pipes that can maintain its shape stably at room temperature without significant restriction, but static electricity is generated by friction of the reciprocating pipe with the fabric. It is advantageous to use metal pipes having better conductivity than plastic pipes that can maintain their shape stably at room temperature such as PVC.
Bag material is cotton, hemp, rayon, acetate, cupra and tencel, cellulose fibers, and synthetic fiber polyester, nylon, acrylic, polystyrene, polypropylene and PVC. Considering heat shrinkage, polyester material is advantageous, but the material of the bag used is not particularly limited as long as it can maintain its shape stably at high temperature and high pressure during wrinkle work.
The filling density of the fabric to be filled in the bag is appropriately in the range of 0.10 to 0.45 g / ml, which is controlled according to the thickness and weight of the fabric. Generally, the filling strength is loose at 0.10 g / ml or less, resulting in poor wrinkle formation and 0.45. Above g / ml, strong packing pressures can cause damage to the fabric.
The length of the bag does not have a great influence on the wrinkle effect, so it can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the scale of the heat treatment device.
Woven fabrics may be made of synthetic fiber polyester, nylon, acrylic, polyethylene and polypropylene alone or in combination with them, or synthetic fiber polyester, nylon, acrylic, polyethylene and polypropylene and cellulose fibers. The blends of, hemp, rayon, acetate, cupra, polynosic and tencel, and natural fiber of fiber, bamboo fiber, corn fiber and starch extraction fiber, polylactic acid fiber and soybean fiber and animal fiber wool and silk fabric are suitable.
The bag filled with the desired size is heat treated at 100 ~ 150 ℃ × 30 minutes using a high pressure steam steamer or a high pressure rotary lamp that heated the water to 100 ~ 150 ℃ to form wrinkles on the fabric and then 170 ~ 190 ℃ × 1 After heat setting at minutes, the wrinkles are fixed to the fabric, followed by post-process dyeing or printing to obtain a wrinkled product in which fine wrinkles are naturally formed on the fabric.
The present invention will be described in detail through the following examples.
Example>
Put a bag of 8.2cm in diameter and 380cm in length into a 8.0cm diameter stainless support pipe, insert a polytencel fabric into a 5.5cm diameter reciprocating pipe made of PVC, and operate the reciprocating pipe with an air cylinder drive. 5 kg of Tencel fabric is filled and heat treated at 130 ° C. × 30 minutes in a rotary reducer, followed by thermal setting at 190 ° C. for 1 minute to obtain a wrinkled product in which fine wrinkles are naturally formed on the polytencel fabric.
By using the apparatus of the present invention for efficiently filling the fabric for wrinkles in a bag, it is economical and efficient to naturally form fine wrinkles in the fabric.
