본 발명은 식물성오일을 이용한 지방산 메틸에스테르 및 경유와의 혼합물등 바이오디젤 과 바이오연료의 저온유동성과 엔진내 알칼리 금속의 퇴적을 방지하고자 하는 기술에 속한 것이다. 종래에는 대체연료로서 식물성오일을 사용하여 바이오연료나 바이오디젤을 사용하여 왔으나, 저온에서 유동성이 떨어지고 특히 혹한기에는 사용이 제한되어 차량용으로 사용하기 어렵고 실내에서 경유등에 저농도로 혼합하여 사용하여야 하며, 저온유동성 증가를 위하여 알콜류를 첨가함으로 인해서 엔진내부의 연소 온도가 높아져 질소산화물 발생이 많아지고 세탄가가 낮아지는 단점을 가지고 있다. 한편 PCT/EP 98/07410에서는 메타크릴레이트 유도체 및 공중합체를 저온유동성 첨가제로 사용하였고, 유럽특허 제6913555호에서는 에틸렌옥사이드 또는 프로필렌옥사이드단위를 갖는 알콕시화 알콜과 메타크릴산 에스테르의 공중합체등을 사용하여 저온유동성을 개선하려고 하였다. 그러나 이들 출원특허들은 바이오디젤용, 바이오퓨얼용으로 특히 대두유 바이오디젤에 대해서는 우수한 저온유동 성능을 나타내는데 한계를 보여주고 있다.The present invention belongs to a technique for preventing the low-temperature fluidity of biodiesel and biofuel and the deposition of alkali metal in the engine, such as a mixture of fatty acid methyl ester and light oil using vegetable oil. 다음의 실시예에 의하여 본 발명을 더 상세히 설명하는데 본 발명은 이들 실시예에만 한정되는 것은 아니다. 그리고, 대두유 바이오디젤이나 유채유 바이오디젤등에 적용하여 저온 유동성 증진에 사용된다. 실시예 1에서 실시예 2까지는 대두유 바이오 디젤 20중량%를 겨울철 경유 80 중량%와 혼합하여 사용한 BD20에 첨가하여 사용한 첨가제 종류 및 사용량에 따른 유동점과 필터막힘점, 운점을 측정하였으며, 유동점은 KS M2039-2001, 필터막힘점은 KS M2411-2001, 운점은 KS M 2016-1-2000 방법에 의하여 측정하였다. 비교예1은 겨울철 경유만을 나타낸 것이고, 비교예 2는 바이오디젤 (BD20)에 대하여 측정한 값을 나타내었다.The present invention is explained in more detail by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the present invention.
