The present invention relates to a method for scanning a user's input on a touch screen.
∼ S21
)를 온(on)/오프(off)시킨다. The touch screen is an input device that allows a user to communicate with a data processing system by touching a hand on a portion of the screen. A general infrared touch screen has a
FIG. 2 is a scanning method of a conventional touch screen made in the configuration of FIG. 1. Referring to this, a method of scanning touch coordinates of a user will be described briefly. First, in a state where light emitting elements S 11 to S 21 are turned on. (S1) The light emitting elements S 11 to S 21 transmit an infrared signal, and the corresponding light receiving elements S 0 to S 10 receive the infrared signals of the light emitting elements S 11 to S 21 , and the value thereof. Is transmitted to the
However, in the conventional infrared touch screen, although the waiting time for the user's screen touch is greater than the user's screen touch time, all the infrared sensors are continuously turned on to recognize whether the user touches the screen. When touched the screen to perform the operation for obtaining the coordinates there was a problem that consumes a lot of current in the air.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an optimal scanning method in a touch screen that is designed to solve the above problems and reduces current consumption during standby of the touch screen.
Optimal scanning method in the touch screen according to the present invention for achieving the above object, scanning operation by skipping a predetermined number for each of the plurality of sensors of each column and row provided to detect whether the user touches the touch screen Performing a first step; A second step of sequentially performing a scanning operation on a sensor corresponding to the touch screen contact position of the user and a sensor near the touch screen when the user confirms the touch screen contact from the scanning result; And a third step of identifying a touch screen contact position of the user from the result of performing the scanning operation of the second step.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of an optimal scanning method in a touch screen according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 3 illustrates a flow of a preferred embodiment of an optimal scanning method in a touch screen according to the present invention. Hereinafter, the scanning method of FIG. 3 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the configuration of FIG. 1.
First, as shown in FIG. 4, a portion of a human finger that touches the touch screen has a size corresponding to two to three sensors, so that the light receiving element S 0 is in a standby state waiting for a user's input (touch). S 10 ), without scanning the whole, without scanning the entire light, for example, as shown in FIG. have.
Therefore, in the standby state, the
When the intermittent scanning operation is continuously performed as described above, when the
In the above embodiment, the value of d is arbitrarily determined in consideration of the installation interval of the light receiving element and the general finger size of the user, and the values of the X axis and the Y axis are not necessarily the same.
The optimal scanning method in the touch screen according to the present invention as described above, by performing the scanning operation while intermittently skipping the touch sensor when the user touches the touch screen non-contact, to reduce the current consumption during standby time, the use of the infrared sensor The frequency is also reduced by d times compared to the conventional method, which has the effect of extending the life of the sensor, and when the full-screen scanning time becomes longer due to the increase in the size of the touch screen, the sensitivity is lowered. It is a very useful invention that can increase the number of scans per hour to increase the sensitivity.
