A name tag manufacturing method using a flat-board printer is provided to secure good quality and to reduce the time and cost by printing an image designed by a computer by spraying hot melt resin ink on the upper side of a polyester textile fabric without forming a transfer body. The name tag manufacturing method using a flat-board printer comprises the steps of: forming a unit body(1) of a name tag by overlocking a textile fabric according to the size of the name tag and then cutting the textile fabric and forming a base frame(10) by bonding the unit body of the name tag on a paper(2); editing an image or characters and the base frame at the size ratio of 1:1 by using an image edit program of a computer and then printing the image or characters on the unit body of the name tag by using the flat-board printer; and removing the printed unit body from the base frame.
