상기 위사를 형성하는 단계(S1)에 의해 면실에는 테르편유 성분이 함유된다.
테르펜유(테레빈유)는 송진을 수증기로 증류하여 얻는 천연물로, 성분 자체에 냄새 및 세균의 정화효과가 있어 인체가 그 성분을 접함으로써 신선감을 느낄 수 있도록 할 뿐 아니라 체내 병원균의 번식을 방지할 수 있도록 한다.
상기 경사를 형성하는 단계(S2)에 의해 면실에는 녹차 성분이 함유된다.
녹차 성분은 악취 제거 효과가 탁월하므로 악취로 인한 불쾌감의 발생을 방지할 수 있도록 한다.

상기 직조하는 단계(S5)는 위사와 경사를 가로방향 1-3mm 간격, 세로방향 1-3mm 간격으로 직조하여 그물눈을 갖는 원단을 형성하는 단계이며, 이와 같은 직조 과정은 편직기에 의해 이루어진다.

상기 성형 후 개방부 둘레에 실리콘고무링을 처리하는 단계(S7)는 올풀림 방지 처리가 된 원단을 코 내부 구조에 상응하는 형태의 망으로 성형한 후 그 선단에 실리콘고무링을 결합하는 것이다.
원단을 망으로 성형함에 있어 그 일단은 당연히 걸름작용이 이루어질 수 있도록 막힌 것이고, 타단은 공기 유입이 이루어질 수 있도록 개방된 것이며, 개방된 일단 둘레에 실리콘고무링이 결합된다.
이때 실리콘고무링의 결합은 접착 및 융착 등의 통상의 결합방법을 이용한다.
상기한 바와 같은 본 발명의 제조방법을 따른 코 클린 마스크는 도 2에 도시된 형태의 것이다.
본 발명의 제조방법을 따른 코 클린 마스크(A)는 망과 실리콘고무링으로 구분된다.
상기 망(1)은 은사(2)가 감긴 위사(1')와 경사(1")를 직조하여 얻어진 원단을 코 내부 구조에 상응하는 형태로 성형한 것이다.
코 내부 형태에 상응하는 망(1)을 성형함에 있어 망(1) 중간에는 코 내부 구조에 따라 굴곡이 형성되는 것이 바람직하고, 개방부 둘레에 결합되는 실리콘고무링(3)은 단부의 직경이 1-2mm인 것이면서 그 외경이 일반 성인의 코 내측 하부의 직경에 상응하는 정도가 바람직하다.
도시된 형태의 코 클린 마스크(A)는 착용시 그 하단이 코 내부로 완전히 삽입되는 것이어서 외부에서는 그 착용여부를 확인할 수 없는 것이므로 미관상 거부감이 없는 것이고, 위사(1')와 경사(1")와 은사(2)로 이루어진 망(1)이 코로 유입되는 공기에 포함된 이물질을 걸러주게 되는 것이다.
