Claims (11)
- 아세트산 비닐의 함유량이 20∼45중량%이며 용융 온도가 40∼100℃인 에틸렌-아세트산 비닐 공중합체를 30∼70중량% 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물을 소괴형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 조성물이, 아세트산 비닐의 함유량이 20∼45중량%이며 용융 온도가 40∼100℃인 에틸렌-아세트산 비닐 공중합체가 30∼70중량%와, 다른 열가소성 수지 및 점성 조정제가 합계로 30∼70중량%이며 점성 조정제가 많아도 25중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 수지 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 다른 열가소성 수지가, 석유계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 수지 조성물.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 점성 조정제가, 프로세스 오일, 액상고무, 에폭시 수지, 로진, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-아세트산 비닐 공중합체의 멜트플로레이트가, 50∼3000g/10min인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또한, 안료를 열가소성 수지 조성물 100중량부에 대하여 5∼50중량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소괴의 크기가, 최대 지름의 평균치로서 2∼30㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 포장용 수지 조성물 3∼10중량%와 골재 97∼90중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 아스팔트 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 포장용 수지 조성물과 골재를 150∼200℃에서 혼합해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 아스팔트 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 기재된 포장용 아스팔트 조성물의 제조방법으로서, 포장용 수지 조성물을 계량기를 통과시키지 않고 직접 믹서에 투입하고, 150∼200℃에서 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 아스팔트 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 골재를 미리 160∼220℃로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 아스팔트 조성물의 제조 방법.
