Claims (9)
- 애노드전극층들 및 이와 교차하는 캐소드전극층들을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 애노드전극층에 연결되는 데이터 라인을 포함하되,상기 데이터 라인은 순차적으로 적층된 인듐주석산화물층 및 절연층으로 이루어진 제 1 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 부분은 실링제가 도포되는 실링 영역에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 데이터 라인은 인듐주석산화물층 및 상기 인듐주석산화물층을 덮는 보조전극층으로 이루어진 제 2 부분을 포함하되,상기 제 2 부분은 상기 실링 영역에서 상기 제 1 부분과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 보조전극층은 몰리브덴으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 부분은 상기 실링 영역의 외부 영역에 더 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 데이터 라인은 상기 제 1 부분과 연결된 제 2 부분을 포함하되,상기 제 2 부분은 인듐주석산화물층 및 상기 인듐주석산화물층을 덮는 보조전극층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 보조전극층은 몰리브덴으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 부분은 실링제가 도포되는 실링 영역에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 부분은 상기 실링 영역의 외부 영역에 더 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
