Claims (3)
- 기름이 담긴 유수분리기에 부착되어 기름의 유전율을 측정하여 아날로그 신호를 발생시키는 제1 높이측정센서;상기 유수분리기에 부착되어 기름의 높이에 따른 정전용량을 측정하여 아날로그 신호를 발생시키는 제2 높이측정센서;상기 제1 높이측정센서와 제2 높이측정센서가 발생시킨 아날로그 신호들을 받아 디지털 신호로 변환하는 신호처리부; 및상기 신호처리부에서 변환된 디지털 신호에 따라 셋팅(setting)되는 정전용량을 조절시키는 컨트롤러;를 포함하는 자기조정 기능을 갖는 지능형 높이 측정 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 높이측정센서는 유수분리기의 상부에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기조정 기능을 갖는 지능형 높이 측정 시스템.
- 높이 측정 시스템을 이용한 높이 측정 방법에 있어서,제1 높이측정센서가 유수분리기에 담긴 기름의 유전율을 측정하여 아날로그 신호를 발생시키는 제1단계;제2 높이측정센서가 유수분리기에 담긴 기름의 높이에 따른 정전용량을 측정하여 아날로그 신호를 발생시키는 제2단계;신호처리부가 상기 제1 높이측정센서와 제2 높이측정센서가 발생시킨 아날로그 신호들을 받아 디지털 신호로 변환하는 제3단계; 및컨트롤러가 상기 신호처리부에서 변환된 디지털 신호에 따라 셋팅(setting)되는 정전용량을 조절시키는 제4단계;를 포함하는 자기조정 기능을 갖는 지능형 높이 측정 방법.
