Claims (2)
- 도금 폐수를 화학적 처리시설(10)에서 차아염소산소다(NaOCl)과 같은 약품을 이용하여 화학적처리하여 중금속이 제거된 상태의 폐수가 유입되면 Na2S2O3(티오황산나트륨)을 투입하여 잔류염소(4Cl0-)를 제거하는 무해화조(20)와,상기 무해화조(20)를 거쳐 잔류염소가 제거된 상태의 폐수를 미생물을 이용하여 질산성질소를 제거하는 탈질조(30)와,상기 탈질조(30)를 거친 폐수의 잔류 BOD를 제거하는 호기조(40)와,상기 호기조(40) 내부에 구비되어 미생물을 걸러내는 여과막(50)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 폐수의 처리 시스템.
- 화학적 처리시설(10)에서 화학처리 되어 중금속이 제거된 상태로 배출되는 폐수를 무해화조(20)에서 Na2S2O3(티오황산나트륨)을 투입하여 잔류염소(4Cl0-)를 제거하는 단계와;상기 잔류염소가 제거된 폐수가 유입되면 탈질조(30)에서 미생물의 증식을 돕기위한 외부탄소원인 메탄올(CH3OH; methanol)을 주입하며 미생물에 의해 폐수 중에 질산성질소를 제거하는 단계와;상기 질산성질소가 제거된 상태의 폐수가 호기조(40)로 유입되면 DO(Dissolved Oxygen;용존 산소량)를 2PPM이상의 호기상태로 유지하여 잔류 BOD를 제거하고, 여과막(50)을 통과시켜 방류하는 단계;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 도금 폐수의 처리 방법.
