- 중량%로 C:0.01%이하, Si:0.1~0.3%, Mn:0.3~0.5%, P:0.015%이하, S:0.015%이하, Al:0.02-0.05%, N:0.004%이하, Cu:0.2~0.6%, Co:0.01~0.04% 및 Mo:0.05~0.2%를 포함하며, 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 자동차 머플러용 강판.
- 제1항에서상기 강판이 하기 수식을 만족하는 자동차 머플러용 강판.60-780*C(%)-15*Si(%)-20*Mn(%)-12*Cu(%)-10*Co(%)-8*Mo(%)≥35
- 중량%로 C:0.01%이하, Si:0.1~0.3%, Mn:0.3~0.5%, P:0.015%이하, S:0.015%이하, Al:0.02-0.05%, N:0.004%이하, Cu:0.2~0.6%, Co:0.01~0.04% 및 Mo:0.05~0.2%를 포함하며, 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 강 슬라브를 제조하는 단계;상기 슬라브를 재가열하고 마무리압연시 압연온도를 Ar3변태온도 이상의 조건에서 열간압연하여 열연강판을 제조하는 단계;상기 열연강판을 50~90%의 압하율로 냉간압연하여 냉연강판을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 냉연강판을 500~900 ℃ 의 온도범위에서 10초 내지 30분 동안 연속소둔하는 단계;를 포함하는 자동차 머플러용 강판의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에서,상기 강판이 하기 수식을 만족하는 자동차 머플러용 강판의 제조방법.60-780*C(%)-15*Si(%)-20*Mn(%)-12*Cu(%)-10*Co(%)-8*Mo(%)≥35
- 제 4항에서,상기 열연강판 제조 단계에서 열간압연된 강판을 600 ℃ 이상의 권취온도에서 권취하는 자동차 머플러용 강판의 제조방법.
