Claims (6)
- 폐플라스틱 입자가 투입되는 공급부(10)와, 상기 공급부(10)의 후단에 이송 방향을 따라 설치된 스크류(22)와 히터(24)를 포함하는 용융부(20)와, 상기 용융부(20)의 배출단에 설치된 압출다이스(30)와, 상기 압출다이스(30)의 후단 이송라인에 배치된 송풍팬(46)을 갖도록 구성된 쿨링부(40)와, 상기 쿨링부(40)의 후단 이송라인에 구비된 커터를 갖도록 구성된 분쇄부(50)를 포함하는 공랭식 플라스틱 재생장치를 이용한 플라스틱 재생방법에 있어서, 상기 공급부(10)에 폐플라스틱 입자를 공급하는 폐플라스틱 공급단계(ST1)와, 상기 공급부(10)에서 투입되는 폐플라스틱 입자를 상기 히터(24)에 의해 용융시키면서 상기 스크류(22)에 의해 이송시키는 폐플라스틱 용융이송단계(ST2)와, 상기 압출다이스(30)의 압출공(32)을 통해 용융 플라스틱을 길게 압출하는 플라스틱 압출물(5) 압출단계(ST3)와, 상기 쿨링부(40)의 송풍팬(46)에 의해 에어를 블로잉하여 플라스틱 압출물(5)을 냉각시키는 플라스틱 압출물(5) 공랭단계(ST4)와, 상기 분쇄부(50)의 컷터에 의해 플라스틱 압출물(5)을 절단하여 작은 입자로 분쇄하는 플라스틱 압출물(5) 분쇄단계(ST5)를 포함하고,상기 압출단계(ST3)는 상기 압출다이스(30)에 형성된 복수개의 압출공(32)을 통해 플라스틱 압출물(5)을 압출시키는 복수개의 플라스틱 압출물 압출단계(ST3)로 이루어지고,상기 쿨링부(40)의 후단 이송라인에 플라스틱 압출물(5)과 교차되는 방향을 따라 이격되어 직립 설치된 복수개의 가이드로드(60) 사이에 복수개의 플라스틱 압출물(5)을 하나씩 간격을 유지하여 통과시키는 가이드로드(60)에 의한 이송단계(ST5a)와, 상기 분쇄부(50)의 투입단에 플라스틱 압출물(5)의 이송 방향과 교차되도록 설치된 가이드롤러(70)의 각 가이드홈(72)에 플라스틱 압출물(5)을 안착시켜 하나씩 구분하여 이송시키는 가이드롤러(70)에 의한 이송단계(ST5b)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공랭식 플라스틱 재생방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폐플라스틱 용융이송단계(ST2)에서는 상기 용융부(20)의 이송챔버(21)에 내장된 단일의 스크류(22)를 이용하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 공랭식 플라스틱 재생방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 압출물(5)의 이송 방향을 따라 무한궤도식으로 회전하는 콘베이어벨트(42)의 상측에 배치되며 그 일측은 상기 콘베이어벨트(42)의 외측에 힌지부(44a)를 매개로 결합된 커버부재(44)를 상기 콘베이어벨트(42)의 상측으로 회동시켜 개방하는 커버부재(44) 개방단계(ST4a)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공랭식 플라스틱 재생방법.
