- 중량 %로, C :0.03% 이하, Cr : 18.1%~18.7%, Si: 0.3%~0.7%, Mn : 0.5% 이하, N: 200ppm이하, P:0.04%이하, S:0.01%이하, Nb:0.4%~0.5% 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 스테인레스 용강의 제강공정에서 발생하는 NbC의 결정입도를 8.0이상으로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질이 개선된 페라이트계 스테인레스강의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 용강을 정련공정중 진공탈탄(VOD) 공정을 생략하고 AOD정련만에 의한 탈탄을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질이 개선된 페라이트계 스테인레스강의 제조방법.
