Claims (3)
- 흡입구로부터 흡입되는 저온, 저압의 기체 상태 냉매를 압축하여 고온, 고압의 기체상태로 토출구를 통해 토출하는 압축기;상기 압축기와 배관으로 연결되어 외부 공기와 열교환하는 실내측 열교환기 및 실외측 열교환기;상기 실내측 열교환기와 실외측 열교환기 사이에 연결되어 상온·고압의 액체상태 냉매를 저온·저압의 액체상태로 감압하는 메인 팽창밸브;상기 압축기의 토출구 및 흡입구를 상기 실내측 열교환기와 상기 실외측 열교환기로 각각 연결시키는 통로를 가지며 냉난방시 냉매의 흐름을 바꾸도록 절환되는 사방밸브; 및상기 실내측 열교환기 및 실외측 열교환기와 메인 팽창밸브 사이에서 냉매를 분기하여 분기된 냉매가 압축기의 중간압실에 형성한 인젝션 포트로 분사되도록 하는 인젝션부를 포함하며,상기 인젝션부는 분기된 냉매와 분기되지 않은 냉매를 열교환하는 과냉각 열교환기와, 상기 분기된 냉매가 유입되는 제 1서브 팽창밸브, 및 제 2서브 팽창밸브를 포함하여, 냉매의 순환방향에 따라 상기 제 1서브 팽창밸브 및 제 2서브 팽창밸브를 개폐하여 분기된 냉매가 압축기에 분사되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝션 타입 히트펌프 공기조화기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,난방운전시에는 상기 제 1서브 팽창밸브를 개방하고 제 2서브 팽창밸브를 폐쇄하며, 제상운전시에는 상기 제 2서브 팽창밸브를 개방하고 제 1서브 팽창밸브를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝션 타입 히트펌프 공기조화기.
- 인젝션 타입 히트펌프 공기조화기의 제상운전 방법으로서,a) 실외온도가 3 ~ -5℃ 영역인지를 판단하는 단계;b) 실외온도가 3 ~ -5℃에 도달한 후, 기 설정시간이 경과하였는지를 판단하는 단계;c) 상기 판단결과, 실외온도가 3 ~ -5℃인 영역에서 기 설정시간이 경과하였으면, 압축기로부터 토출되는 냉매가 실외측 열교환기로 유입되도록 사방밸브를 절환하는 단계;d) 제 1서브 팽창밸브를 폐쇄하고, 제 2서브 팽창밸브를 개방하는 단계;e) 제상운전 시간이 기 설정시간이 경과하였는지를 판단하는 단계;f) 상기 판단결과, 기 설정시간이 경과하였으면, 압축기로부터 토출되는 냉매가 실내측 열교환기로 유입되도록 사방밸브를 절환하는 단계; 및g) 제 1서브 팽창밸브를 개방하고, 제 2서브 팽창밸브를 폐쇄하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝션 타입 히트펌프 공기조화기의 제상운전 방법.
