Claims (6)
- 발열체 상에 전극체가 적어도 둘 이상 구비되어 공급된 전기의 특성에 의해 발열하는 면상발열체에 있어서,탄력성을 갖는 직물로 형성된 발열체 표면에 전기적 도체인 카본접착제를 통해 전극체를 부착하여 발열체와 전극체 사이 간격이 발생 되지 않도록 하고, 전극체가 부착된 발열체를 카본액에 함침하여 염색함으로써 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소직물 면상발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열체는 카본액에 함침하고, 함침함에 따라 발열체 표면에 묻어 있는 카본액이 발열체로 원활하고 고르게 침투하여 정착될 수 있도록 가압한 후 건조함으로써 염색되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소직물 면상발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열체는 염색 후 부착된 전극체와 염색이 탈락되거나 탈색되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 액상의 에틸렌초산비닐(EVA) 수지에 함침하고, 함침함에 따라 발열체 표면에 묻어 있는 에틸렌초산비닐 수지가 발열체 상에 고르게 분포될 수 있도 록 가압한 후 건조함으로써 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소직물 면상발열체.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 발열체는 고무 또는 우레탄재질로 형성되고 적어도 둘 이상이 서로 맞대어지게 구비된 롤러에 의해 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소직물 면상발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카본접착제는 공기와 접촉하여 고화(固化)되는 액상의 접착제에 소정 비율로 카본 분말이나 카본액을 첨가하여 혼합함으로써 전기적 도체(導體)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소직물 면상발열체.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 발열체는 염색 또는 염색 및 코팅 후 우레탄, 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 중 어느 하나의 재질로 형성된 절연체에 의해 그 표면이 피복되어 누전 및 감전 등을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소직물 면상발열체.
