- 투명한 기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 기판 상에 종횡으로 배열되어 복수의 화소영역을 정의하며, 금속물질로 이루어진 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 단계;상기 블랙매트릭스가 형성된 기판 상에 유기물질을 도포하여 유기막을 형성하는 단계;상기 유기막 상부의 패턴을 남기고자 하는 영역에 빛의 비투과영역이 마련된 마스크를 블로킹(blocking)한 상태에서 자외선을 조사하는 단계;자외선이 조사된 유기막을 현상하여 블랙매트릭스 상부에 스페이서를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 화소영역의 블랙매트릭스 사이에 컬러잉크를 적하하여 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 액정표시소자의 컬러필터기판 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 단계는,상기 투명한 기판 상에 크롬(Cr) 또는 크롬산화(CrOx)같은 금속층을 형성한 후, 상기 금속층에 상에 포토레지스를 도포하는 단계;상기 포토레지스트 상부에 패턴을 남기고자 하는 영역에 빛의 비투과영역이 마련된 마스크를 블로킹(blocking)하여, 자외선을 조사하는 단계;상기 자외선이 조사된 포토레지스트를 현상하여 자외선이 조사된 영역에 남아있는 포토레지스트 패턴을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 포토레지스트 패턴을 마스크층으로 하여 상기 금속층을 형성함으로써, 금속패턴을 형성하는 단계로 이루어지는 액정표시소자의 컬러필터기판 제조방법.

- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 컬러잉크는 잉크젯방식에 의해 블랙매트릭스 사이에 적하되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 컬러필터기판 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 컬러필터를 형성하는 방법은 블랙매트릭스 사이에 R,G,B컬러필터 형성용 컬러잉크를 적하함으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 컬러필터기판 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 R,G,B컬러필터 형성용 컬러잉크를 적하하는 방법은, R 컬러필터 형성용 컬러잉크를 적하한 다음, G,B 컬러필터 형성용 컬러잉크를 순차적으로 적하하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 컬러필터기판 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 R,G,B컬러필터 형성용 컬러잉크를 적하하는 방법은, R,G,B 컬러필터 형성용 컬러잉크를 동시에 적하하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 컬러필터기판 제조방법.
