Claims (3)
- 측정용 용기에 샘플을 넣는 단계,상기 용기에 파래를 투입하여 배양하는 단계, 및상기 파래의 색상 변화를 육안으로 관찰하여 생식율을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 수질 독성 평가 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생식율은 전체 면적에 대하여 색상 변화를 보인 부분의 면적 비로 계산되는 것인 수질 독성 평가 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파래는 9.7 내지 11.7 g/L 농도의 Na+, 1.43 내지 1.63 g/L 농도의 Mg2 +, 0.36 내지 0.46 g/L 농도의 Ca2 +, 0.31 내지 0.41 g/L 농도의 K+, 0.006 내지 0.008 g/L 농도의 Sr2 +, 18.1 내지 22.1 g/L 농도의 Cl-, 0.43 내지 0.53 g/L 농도의 SO4 2 -, 0.013 내지 0.015 g/L 농도의 BO3 -, 0.003 내지 0.005 g/L 농도의 CO3 2 -, 0.091 내지 0,111 g/L 농도의 KNO3, 및 0.016 내지 0.018 K2HPO4을 포함하는 배양액에서 배양하는 것인 수질 독성 평가 방법.
