Claims (5)
- 액정층(3)에 전압을 걸어주는 전극 가운데 외부광(43)이 입사되는 쪽의 전극(11,12)이 투명 도전막이고, 투명 도전막에 대향하는 전극(21,24)은 금속막이고, 금속막에 내부에 금속막을 식각한 영역(30,32)이 만들어져 있고, 식각한 영역으로 백라이트에서 나온 빛(42)이 투과되고, 금속막 부분으로는 외부 광(43)이 반사되는 것을 특징으로하는 반투과형 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서 금속막(21,24)의 재질이 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로하는 반투과형 액정표시소자
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속막을 식각한 영역(30,32)의 폭 또는 직경이 6㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로하는 반투과형 액정표시소자
- 제1항에 있어서 반사 금속막을 식각한 영역(30,32)의 모양이 원형 또는 슬릿패턴 또는 사각형인 것을 특징으로하는 반투과형 액정표시소자
- 제1항에 있어서, 배향막의 러빙방향(40)과 반사 금속막을 식각한 영역(32)의 단축 방향(41)이 이루는 각(α)이 20도 미만인 것을 특징으로하는 반투과형 액정표시소자
