Claims (3)
- 기저대역 신호 처리부에서 출력되는 데이터(I/Q Data)를 이득 조정(AGC)하여 출력하는 주파수 상향 변환기와, 상기 주파수 상향 변환기에서 출력된 신호를 안테나를 통해 출력할 수 있도록 전력 증폭하는 전력 증폭기(PAM)와, 상기 전력 증폭기에서 출력된 송신 신호(RF)를 정합 할 수 있도록 하는 정합 회로부를 포함하는 이동 통신 단말기에 있어서,상기 정합 회로부를 가변용량 다이오드(Varicap diode)를 이용하여 정합 값을 가변 할 수 있는 가변 정합 회로부로 구성하고,상기 기저대역 신호 처리부에서 출력하는 송신 이득 조정신호(TX_AGC_ADJ)를 가변 정합 회로부에 인가하여, 그 정합 값을 조정하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 통신 단말기의 송신 신호 정합 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 송신 이득 조정신호(TX_AGC_ADJ)는 PDM(Pulse Density Modulator) 형식의 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 통신 단말기의 송신 신호 정합 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 PDM 형식의 신호를 DC 레벨을 변환하기 위한 RC 필터를 추가로 더 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 통신 단말기의 송신 신호 정합 장치.
