Claims (10)
- 골재 100중량부와 아스팔트혼합물 1.5 내지 5중량부를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 골재는 폐아스콘 유래의 재생골재 10 내지 50중량% 및 잔량으로서 신규골재를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 아스팔트혼합물은 비석유계고분자물질 1 내지 5중량% 및 잔량으로서 아스팔트를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 도로포장용 아스팔트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아스팔트혼합물에 아스팔트 박리저감제 0.2 내지 5중량%가 더 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 도로포장용 아스팔트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 골재를 구성하는 신규골재가 세장편석과 토분을 함유하지 않으며, 마모율 30% 미만의 골재로서, 20 내지 5㎜의 입도분포를 갖는 골재가 26 내지 36중량%, 13 내지 5㎜의 입도분포를 갖는 골재가 15 내지 25중량%, 6 내지 0.008㎜의 입도분포를 갖는 골재가 25 내지 35중량%의 양으로 포함되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 도로포장용 아스팔트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 골재에 부순 모래가 25 내지 35중량%의 양으로 더 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 도로포장용 아스팔트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 골재에 석분이 2 내지 4중량%의 양으로 더 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 도로포장용 아스팔트 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 석분이 석회석분임을 특징으로 하는 도로포장용 아스팔트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 골재를 구성하는 재생골재가 폐아스콘으로부터 회수된 것으로서, 세장편석과 토분을 함유하지 않으며, 마모율 30% 미만의 골재로서, 20 내지 0.008㎜의 입도분포를 갖는 골재임을 특징으로 하는 도로포장용 아스팔트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 골재들이 최대 입경이 13㎜ 이하가 되도록 조정된 골재들임을 특징으로 하는 도로포장용 아스팔트 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 아스팔트 박리저감제가 아민계 화합물로서 모노아민이나 디아민 또는 트리아민임을 특징으로 하는 도로포장용 아스팔트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 골재에서 재생골재의 함량이 30중량%를 초과하는 경우에 상기 아스팔트혼합물에 0.1 내지 10중량%의 폐윤활유를 폐아스팔트의 침입도를 회복시키는 재생첨가재로 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 도로포장용 아스팔트 조성물.
