Claims (6)
- 일정하게 이격된 다수의 데이터 구동회로들과 연결되어 데이터신호를 공급받는 다수의 EL표시패널들을 접합하여 하나의 영상을 디스플레이하기 위한 유기전계발광표시장치에 있어서, 상기 각각의 EL표시패널은,영상을 디스플레이 하기 위한 화소부:상기 다수의 데이터 구동회로들과 상기 화소부 사이에 형성되며, 상기 화소부로 주사신호 및 발광제어신호를 순차적으로 공급하기 위한 주사/발광제어 구동부;상기 데이터 구동회로들 사이의 이격 공간으로부터 상기 화소부로 연장되어 형성되며, 상기 EL표시패널과 연결된 전원패드로부터 상기 화소부로 전원전압을 전달하는 다수의 전원배선그룹들을 포함하며, 상기 각각의 전원배선그룹은,상기 화소부로 양의전원전압을 전달하는 제 1 전원공급선; 및상기 제 1 전원공급선과 쌍을 이루며 평행하게 형성되고, 상기 화소부로 음의전원전압을 전달하는 제 2 전원공급선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 EL표시패널의 접합 경계 영역과 상기 데이터 구동회로들 이격 공간에 형성되는 상기 전원배선그룹의 배선 수는 1:2의 비율을 가지는 것 을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 EL표시패널의 접합 경계 영역에 형성되는 전원배선그룹과 상기 데이터 구동회로들 이격 공간에 형성되는 전원배선그룹의 배선 폭은 1:2의 비율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 제 1 전원공급선들은 상기 화소부에서 망을 형성하며 각각의 화소로 양의전원전압을 공급하는 금속배선들과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 양의전원전압 및 음의전원전압은 절대값의 크기가 같은 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전원공급선 및 제 2 전원공급선은 동일한 폭 및 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
